Order Processing

Regular Orders - We process all orders within 2-7 business days.

Delivery Provider

We ship the majority of orders with Australia Post, however from time to time we may use other trusted couriers to get your gear to you safe and sound.

Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active, so don't worry if it doesn't work right away.

International Orders

Currently, overseas shipping is not available. However, we're working on expanding our services and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take care to pack every item with love, but sometimes packages get a little rough handling on their journey. Tideline Supply Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged items, as the carrier will need them to process your claim.
