We want you to be stoked with your Tideline Supply Co. gear. But if something’s not right, here’s how we can help.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return,
-Your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The returned items must not be sale or stock clearance items.
- All returns must be logged by contacting us at crew@tidelinesupply.co
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs for change of mind are the customer’s responsibility, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if If any of your items arrive faulty, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible at crew@tidelinesupply.co so we can sort it quickly.
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to place a new order for the right item and return the original to us. Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue a refund for the original purchase.
Once your return is inspected, we’ll confirm by email if it’s approved. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Reach out to us at crew@tidelinesupply.co with your order details. We’ll give you the return address and instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, stock clearance items or gift cards.
